The Westerlies are very close to Tyson's Corner, and one of the only contemporary townhome communities in the McLean area. Priced just right for singles and new families, you get a lot for your money - and the McLean address.
There are several floorplans ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms, and 1 to 2 full bathes. As with most townhouses, the End Units have the most room and light. There is a small price difference depending on the size and number of bedrooms.
These homes are sold as "Condos" because some are configured as "piggy back" townhouses. The exterior maintenance is part of the monthly fees ( among other benefits ). This can be a great savings for older homes, and peace of mind if you do not want to deal with the upkeep.
